Award-winning author Lori Altebaumer is only half-jokingly when she tells others she lives with one foot in a parallel universe. Her writing is best summed up by her tagline, “Boots on the ground, head in the clouds, heart in His hands adventures.” She writes atmospheric stories of mystery and suspense from her home in Texas, where she embraces life as a wandering soul with a home-keeping heart in search of life’s best adventures. In addition to being a novelist, she is a regular contributor to The Word on Wednesday, Crossmap, and Daybreak Devotions. Along with her husband, Lori also cohosts the weekly My Mornings with Jesus and Joe podcast.
