Carrie earned her degree in Theatre Arts and Speech Communications from Ouachita Baptist University. Her parents hoped she would marry well. She did. But she also turned her degree into the perfect job as Acquiring Script Editor for SkitGuys.com, a faith-based production company. She had the privilege of building, managing, and training writers for 20 years. 

She has had the opportunity to perform for different theatre companies around the North Dallas area as well as commercials for TV and radio. She’s written many scripts that are available now on SkitGuys.com.
